Service Description

Please note that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits may be transferable to another date subject to availability. **Only choose this option if you want to save the date for a cake or order that will cost more than $50. **If you are looking for cupcakes only and are unsure of the style or flavour, please use the Cupcake Booking Form and specify in your notes.

Cancellation Policy

-Deposits are non-refundable. -Outstanding balances are due 4 days prior to pick-up/delivery. -Cancellations or Rescheduling must be 4 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We understand unforseen circumstances happen so please let us know as soon as possible.
